Inspections and inspections
In the phases of the production of components we carry out inspections for you. In this purpose we are following your inspection plans or we create individual plans for you.
Expediting and appointment tracking
For your projects we are checking the progress on suppliers. For this purpose our longtime experienced employees track the progress of your appointments and orders either from the desktop or on-site.
Construction and assembly supervision
As part of construction and assembly monitoring, we carry out monitoring for our customers according to a defined schedule and quality plan. With our engineers, technicians and experts, we record the status of the production and produce technical or quality reports from it.
Inspection supervision and non-destructive material testing
For the execution of non-destructive material tests, we take over the inspection supervision for you. Our experienced staff is qualified up to level 3 according to ISO 9712. The material inspections is usually implemented by your own inspection staff. Gladly we support you with suitable personnel as well.
Welding supervision and welding monitoring

Coating control
We have qualified staff who has a lot of experience in the coating control on steel construction components. Our staff is qualified up to level 3 according to DIN and Frosio standard.
Training of staff
We are convinced that a "Training on the Job" is the most efficient form of training and further education. Practically learned knowledge remains longer and thus more sustainable in memory along this path.With our practically experienced trainers, we are happy to carry out training courses directly at your workbench or in your training rooms. We focus here on the topics of welding, welding construction and occupational safety.
Qualification of personnel
In conjunction with our partner TÜV Austria, we are able to inspect your welders for all common regulated areas and issue certificates.The most common standards and regulations are:
- ISO 9606 Testing of Welders Parts 1-5
- ISO 14732 Testing of welding operators and weld setters for mechanized and automatic welding
- AD 2000 HP-3 Manufacture and testing of pressure vessels
Qualification of welding processes and special processes
With our partner, TÜV Austria, we qualify your procedures and processes.- Our focus here is on the qualification of:
- Requirement and recognition of welding processes in accordance with ISO 15613
- Requirements and qualification of welding processes according to ISO 15614 Parts 1 to 12
- Requirement and suitability of cutting methods according to EN 1090 parts 2 to 5
- Requirement and suitability of punching processes according to EN 1090 parts 2 to 5
